We understand that second home management must run seamlessly and be cost effective. We undertake every aspect of owning a home in London: from bill payment, property inspections, fixing maintenance issues, housekeeping, all the way to recruiting household staff & sourcing interior designers. Our services give you the peace of mind that during your extended stays away form London you will not have to worry about outstanding bills and security. We carry our regular property which complys with property insurances as well as highlight and potential maintenance issues. In addition to that, we prepare your home for your arrival, put the heating on, stock the fridge with your favourite groceries and ensure there are fresh flowers on the table when you walk through the door!

Our basic services include:
- Weekly property check - Internal and external Security and maintenance checks. This includes checks for forced entry, vandalism, storm or frost damage, pests, damp, checking fuel levels and guttering checks.
- Bill Payments - Quarterly and annual accounts/ Statements.
- Key Holding – In our office or through concierge
- Meet and Greet - switching on lights and greeting upon arrival (with a cup of tea waiting!)
- Mail Management - mail collection, mail re direction and junk mail disposal
- Emergency Number - Provide 24 hour/7 day a week emergency and alarm call number for your home.
- Organising Tradesmen - we arrange local reliable and trustworthy tradesmen (including coal and log deliveries) to visit your home and carry out necessary work
- Organising Garden Maintenance – including clearing leaves, weeding flowerbeds & mowing lawns.
- Organising Cleaning – one off’s Spring Clean ; weekly air; Fresh cleans; cleaning after tradesmen; preparation for yourselves or friends and family x4
- Organising Laundry – before or after your visit we can ensure your linen is up to scratch – professionally laundered and ironed Organising Grocery Shopping - we can purchase necessary groceries prior to your arrival allowing you to relax immediately. We can arrange anything from a basic welcome pack to a specialised local food hamper. We will also unpack it and put it all away
- Organising Party Preparations - let us help organise entertainment, decorations, catering etc.
- Airport Pick up - Organising airport pick up and drop off
- Driver for stay - Organising driver for stay.
A full breakdown of the hourly charge for maintenance/ trades, laundry service, cleaners, drivers and will be provided. We use only approved contractors which are regularly checked to make sure their prices stay competitive.
